BME a Prime on U.S. Army’s ITES-3S
Information Technology Enterprise Solution Services (ITES-3S) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract Vehicle

Business Mission Edge (BME) has been awarded a prime position on the U.S. Army’s Information Technology Enterprise Solutions – 3 Services (ITES-3S) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle. ITES-3S is a potential 9-year, $12.1 billion contract which encompasses areas of enterprise IT including cybersecurity, integration, consolidation, telecommunications, supply chain management, operation and maintenance, business process engineering, and training. Place of performance includes both CONUS and OCONUS locations.

ITES-3S is an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) vehicle that will provide a variety of technology services. Indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contracts provide for an indefinite quantity of services for a fixed time. Like its precursor ITES-2S, ITES-3S will be managed by the Army’s Computer Hardware, Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS) program. It is also the Army’s primary source of IT-related services worldwide.

The ITES-3S MAC offers multiple IT solutions, including:
- Cybersecurity services
- Information systems security
- Information assurance
- IT services
- Business process re-engineering
- Enterprise design
- Integration and consolidation
- Network/systems operation and maintenance
- Telecommunications/systems operation and maintenance
- IT supply chain management
- IT education and training
ITES-3S is expected to offer various task-order types, including firm-fixed-price, cost-type, and time-and-materials.
Under the ITES-3S MAC, Mission Business Edge will support Federal IT systems and modernization efforts by providing key offerings such as cybersecurity, critical infrastructure and information assurance, IT services, IT operations and maintenance, mobile security, cloud computing, big data, digital government, open-source integration, internet of things, enterprise resource planning, web services, web hosting and analytics, software development, virtualization, network infrastructure and operations, 3D printing integration, data center consolidation and related IT services.
